La canzone inclusa nel bellissimo album "Fore!" era accompagnata da un video molto divertente. Questo complesso musicale raggiunse la popolarità e il pieno riscontro del pubblico di quegli anni (...Ottanta) con la colonna sonora di "Back to the future", meglio conosciuto come "Ritorno al futuro" di Robert Zemeckis.
Nello stesso album che contiene "The power of love", probabilmente la loro canzone più conosciuta, c'è questa splendida "Stuck with you".
Adoro questa canzone, perchè ho molti ricordi legati sentimentalmente ad essa, e ascoltarla oggi, reduce da un'altra massacrante giornata di lavoro (...ebbene sì, oggi ho lavorato), mi ha fatto tornare in mente quei momenti e mi ha regalato un'attimo di serenità.

Aspetta che rimugino un po' di tempo e poi ti farò sapere!
Allora: la butto così come viene.
Ho delle canzoni che associo ad un momento tormentato della mia vita, ma si tratta del 2001, quindi non è più periodo dell'adolescenza o dell'infanzia.
Poi tu parli di ricordi gradevoli!
Dunque, dunque, dunque...
Mumble, mumble, mumble...
Sà, dai, te ne riporto due:
1. la sigla di "Happy Days" di Prat & McLain with Brother Love, perché mi divertiva molto l'idea di cenare in compagnia di quei simpatici ragazzi in bianco e nero;
2. "Video killed the radio star" dei Buggles del 1979, perché era molto trasmessa in radio e ne ero rimasto affascinato dal sound (a soli 4 anni ero messo già male), ma non ero a conoscenza né del titolo, né del nome del gruppo. L'ho ritrovata dopo ben 16 anni di distanza grazie ad un mio compagno di scuola.

Ja se namorar dei tribalistas, che mi riporta alla mente un piccolo dehor di un bar in riva al mare a rimini, aperto 24 su 24, una grande vacanza di appena 3 giorni di molti anni fa.
E poi sweet home alabama, immancabile colonna sonora di svariati viaggi in machcina con gli amici.
